Dayana is an Attorney-at- Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka with 15 years of experience specializing in Company Law, Corporate Governance and compliance. Dayana received her LL.B degree from the University of Colombo in 2006 and holds a Masters Degree in Commercial Law.
HARSHANI WIJEBAHU

Harshani was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of Wolverhampton and a Diploma in French from the Alliance Francaise. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial services, conveyancing and litigation.
SHARADIE JAYASINGHE

Sharadie was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial services, testamentary proceedings and conveyancing.

Yokaruban was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from the University of Wolverhampton, UK. He commenced his legal career as an Attorney-at-Law under Mr. V. Puvitharan, PC. He specializes in the areas of Civil Litigation and Conveyancing.

Dinindu was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Psychology from the Open University of Sri Lanka. She has an interest in both law and psychology, with a focus on how legal systems interact with human behaviour.

Rashini holds an LL.B. from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and is awaiting enrollment as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. She has a strong interest in Commercial Law, Information Technology (IT) Law, and Litigation.

Zumama holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Staffordshire and a Diploma in French Language from Alliance Française. She is currently registered at the Sri Lanka Law College. She also serves as a Youth Panelist & Project Report Reviewer for Global Youth Mobilization’s EU Youth Empowerment Fund. At CGCC, she is in charge of ensuring compliance with the Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism laws and regulations.
