Devika Lakmali

BA, LL.M, Attorney-at-Law

Lakmini has a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Colombo as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Sp.) (Criminology) (Hon.) degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She commenced her legal career as an Attorney-at-Law in 2010 under the guidance of Mr. Ikram Mohamed, PC. She was the Senior Manager of the Company Secretarial division of Baker Tilly, Edirisinghe & Company, overlooking both legal and company secretarial matters of various clients, including listed entities. She is currently working as a freelance independent legal adviser for both individual and corporate sectors on civil and commercial aspects.

HARSHANI WIJEBAHU

Harshani was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of Wolverhampton and a Diploma in French from the Alliance Francaise. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial services, conveyancing and litigation.

Tashni was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2018. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the University of London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of West London. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial and corporate advisory services.

SHARADIE JAYASINGHE

Sharadie was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial services, testamentary proceedings and conveyancing.

DAMSARA RUKSHALANTHI

Damsara was enrolled as an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka in 2021. She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University. She specializes in the areas of company secretarial services, corporate advisory services and conveyancing.
